The work of JSC “Nevskaya Manufactory” in St. Petersburg is frozen for 3 months

The Nevsky District Court of St. Petersburg suspended the work of JSC “Nevskaya Manufaktura” for three months due to violations of fire regulations.

According to the united press service of the courts of St. Petersburg, the court brought the company to administrative responsibility for committing an offense under Part 14 of Art. 19.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (failure to comply within the prescribed time limit with the legal order of the body exercising federal state fire supervision).

So, in the production premises lit. A, Yu, Z routine maintenance and preventive maintenance of automatic fire extinguishing installations are not carried out. Automatic fire extinguishing installations are out of order. Some rooms are not equipped with a fire extinguishing system. The buildings are not equipped with a warning and evacuation system in case of fire.

Recall that on April 12, a fire engulfed all six floors of an industrial building built in 1861 at 50, Oktyabrskaya Embankment. The burning lasted for five days, one of the firefighters died. In the spring, a criminal case was initiated on the performance of work that did not meet safety requirements, and two representatives of the Nevskaya Manufactura company were arrested.
