The investigator of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Primorsky District of St. Petersburg is suspected of receiving a bribe of 1 million rubles. A criminal case was initiated under Part 6 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Taking bribes on an especially large scale), according to the regional Investigative Committee. The case was based on materials provided by the Internal Security Directorate of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.

It was established that the suspect received, both personally and through intermediaries, a bribe in the amount of 1 million rubles and demanded to provide him with the service of organizing water supply and drilling wells on the territory of the household on the territory of the Lomonosov district of the region.
