In Ukraine, fines have been introduced for unauthorized collection of plants, illegal fishing, hunting and grazing, as well as other harm to nature.
According to TASS, according to the resolution approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, for the mushroom cut without permission, you will have to pay a fine of 75 hryvnia ($ 2.7). Unauthorized collection of medicinal herbs will cost 30 hryvnia (more than $ 1) per plant. One kilogram of illegally harvested berries – 378 hryvnia ($ 14), nuts – 1,154 hryvnia (almost $ 43).
Crucian carp caught without permission will cost the fisherman 83 hryvnia ($ 3). The fine for one hybrid of sturgeon fish will be 12.5 thousand hryvnia (more than $ 460). The caught mushroom toad “costs” 130 hryvnia (almost $ 5), and the lake one costs 14 hryvnia ($ 0.5). A squashed gnome beetle – 22 hryvnia ($ 0.8), a squashed praying mantis – 58 hryvnia (over $ 1).
For hunting European deer, you will have to pay 45.6 thousand hryvnia (almost $ 1.7 thousand), hunting for wild boar will cost 30.4 thousand (more than $ 1.1 thousand), beaver – 8 thousand hryvnia (almost $ 300 ), fox – 7.2 thousand hryvnia (about $ 270).
Hay cannot be harvested without permission; the fine will be from 11.4 thousand ($ 420) to 50 thousand hryvnia ($ 1.85 thousand). Illegal cattle grazing will cost from 251 to 754 hryvnia (from $ 93 to $ 280).
