I don’t want to go into the jungle of QR codes, but everything goes to the fact that going to football will become extremely difficult. We ourselves are reducing attendance, ”Menshov emphasized.
According to him, even without additional restrictions, many Russian clubs cannot boast of one hundred percent occupancy at stadiums. Fan IDs will hit clubs’ revenues – this was shown by the experience of Italy, which, after the introduction of this format for visiting stadiums, soon abandoned it.
“I would suggest selling tickets with passports. The introduction of Fan ID is not a guarantee that the fire shows will stop, there are absolutely other reasons, “Menshov summed up.
