Russian President Vladimir Putin believes that it is necessary to create useful content on the Internet so that young people “do not get sick” with the Internet and do not substitute virtual life for real life. He stated this today during a large press conference.
The head of state admitted that the Internet has become a part of people’s lives, but everything that happens there must obey human rules, so you need to adhere to the “golden mean” in regulating the Internet – not suppress freedom, but protect society from negativity.
“The question is to create useful content so that young people do not get sick with the Internet, so that they do not replace real life with surfing the Web, so that there is movement, play sports, and visit museums,” Putin explained.
Recall that today, Russian President Vladimir Putin is already holding a large annual press conference at the 17th. As previously indicated by the press secretary of the head of state Dmitry Peskov, 507 media employees were accredited for the event, including media foreign agents, who will be able to freely ask questions to the president. We add that Putin first tested the format of communication with journalists 20 years ago – in 2001.
