The scandalous incident for which the young man is being tried took place on the night of November 25 in a park in Izmailovo. Yuferov peeed for a portrait of the Great Patriotic War veteran Anatoly Frolov, filmed what was happening on video and posted it on the Internet, but then deleted the entry. He was charged under the article “Desecration of the symbols of Russia’s military glory, insulting the memory of the defenders of the Fatherland, committed in public.”
