Nutritionist Reveals The Secret Of A Healthy Vinaigrette

Even those who are losing weight can eat boiled beets, carrots and potatoes, especially when it comes to vinaigrette, says nutritionist Anna Melekhina. In her opinion, this salad should not be demonized, but an unusual dressing will help to reveal all the useful properties of vegetables.

The expert suggests boiling these vegetables in equal proportions, chopping finely and not seasoning until you plan to put the dish on the table, but store it in the refrigerator.

“Add salt and pepper. For dressing – two tablespoons of olive oil and one teaspoon of granular mustard. The salad will have an unusual spicy taste and crunchy grains, ”Melekhina advised.

The nutritionist suggested two more options for a healthy dressing: 2 tablespoons of olive oil to 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. You can also use scented sunflower oil. When combined with healthy fats, boiled vegetables have a beneficial effect on the immune system, gastrointestinal tract, skin, nails and hair.

You can also add sauerkraut, onions, pickles and pickled mushrooms to the vinaigrette.
