The father of a 9-year-old girl studying at the Faculty of Psychology of Moscow State University attacked the head of the department. Before the arrival of the police, he was held by university staff, the press service of the faculty told RIA Novosti.
The footage shows that the man attacks the teacher in front of his young daughter. While the university staff are trying to restrain Yevgeny Teplyakov, the head of the department asks them to call the police.
