In the Leningrad Region, the defrauded equity holders of the Chisty Ruchei residential complex in Sertolovo are planning to go on a hunger strike after the New Year holidays. The regional administration has not yet decided on the investor who will take on the troubled houses of Petrostroi. Viktoria Kuchenkova, a representative of the initiative group of equity holders, shared the details with the Rosbalt correspondent.
We are talking about the problematic complex of the Chisty Ruchey residential complex, which was included in the top three long-term construction projects, which were taken up by the Samolet company. In August, the authorities of the Leningrad Region announced that the developer would become a donor to Petrostroy and signed an agreement with the investor. The company was also supposed to deal with the “Continent” in Murino and the “Northern Waltz” in Vsevolozhsk.
In September, the equity holders learned that only 1 billion rubles had been allocated for all the facilities, and the ANO “Directorate for the Integrated Development of the Territories of the Leningrad Region” would be engaged in the completion of the construction. In October, at a meeting of the initiative group of equity holders with representatives of DKRT, the scheme for the completion of the construction was announced. It was decided to distribute the 1 billion rubles allocated by the investor between the residential complex “Materik” and the residential complex “Severny Vals”, and to complete the construction of the “Clean Ruchey” at the expense of its own unrealized assets. For this, the administration of the Leningrad Region promised to find another investor.
“No investments were made for the construction of our residential complex. And equity holders cannot get an intelligible answer why – after all, three residential complexes are spelled out in the August agreement, – says Kuchenkova. – Why not distribute the money evenly, and then look for an investor for further completion? Now there is such a situation that two other housing estates are being completed by DKRT, and our “Clean Stream” in Sertolovo is standing, rotting and waiting, it’s not clear why ”.
On December 4, the equity holders took their appeals to the Moscow reception of the president and received answers – the case was sent to the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Internal Affairs (all documents are at the disposal of the editorial office of Rosbalt). Residents also held pickets on Red Square in Moscow.
“We are afraid that the completion will be delayed, we will be given to the Dom.rf fund, and compensations will be paid for which apartments cannot be bought. Today there was a picket near the Sertolovo administration building, tomorrow we will go to Suvorovsky 67 to the Leningrad Region government building. If we are not heard, we will start a hunger strike on January 10, ”Viktoria Kuchenkova warned.
The press service of the building block of the regional administration told the Rosbalt correspondent that “the administration is looking for every opportunity to complete the construction of the remaining houses as soon as possible”.
“In the summer, the region attracted a donor – the company“ Samolet ”, which allocated a billion rubles for the completion of the construction of the residential complex“ Northern Waltz ”. Today we are discussing the possibility of reallocating investments to the most finished buildings of all three residential complexes: Chisty Ruchey, Materik and Northern Waltz. To complete all three buildings of the Chisty Ruchey residential complex, the building block of the regional administration conducts daily work to attract a potential investor, ”the administration assured, without specifying at what stage the search was.
Recall that in March last year it became known that the developer company Petrostroy was suspected of embezzling more than 5 billion rubles of equity holders who invested in the construction of apartments in the residential complexes Severny Vals, Chisty Ruchey and Materik.
