He emphasized that “winning in three categories and being awarded the highest award is a well-deserved recognition of PhosAgro’s success in implementing the company’s social policy.”

Let us remind you that the award ceremony for the winners of the first national award in the field of responsible business took place within the framework of the social forum of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs “Human potential development as a factor of sustainable development in the context of global changes.” The award was established by the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs last year on the initiative of Russian President Vladimir Putin and is designed to recognize the merits of companies investing in social development – the formation of a favorable social and natural environment, sustainable development of territories and, as a result, strengthening the country
44 domestic companies took part in the competition. Applicants for leadership presented no more than three of their already implemented social programs for consideration by the expert council. PhosAgro showed the best possible result – all three of its social initiatives became winners in their categories. PhosAgro’s projects aimed at the comprehensive development of the regions where it operates, the harmonious upbringing of the younger generation, support for education, personnel training and the full development of human potential received the highest ratings.
Thus, the best in the nomination “For contribution to solving strategic problems of social orientation” was the sports and educational program “For the children of Russia – education, health and spirituality.” PhosAgro’s social initiative “Our Favorite Cities,” which promotes the comprehensive and integrated development of the regions where the Group’s enterprises operate, won in the category “For Contribution to Sustainable Development of Territories.” In the nomination “For contribution to solving strategic problems of human potential development”, experts rated PhosAgro’s educational vertical, which covers the training of engineering personnel literally from school, above others.
PhosAgro’s socially responsible policies were highly appreciated by many public and political figures.
