According to a new study, Russians prioritize work-life balance when looking for an ideal work environment.
Convenient location was rated by 33%, while 32% of respondents noted salary as a decisive factor, writes RT.
Interestingly, only 13% of study participants expressed a preference for working in an office, while 16% said they enjoyed working remotely. It also turned out that only 17% of respondents believe that they have a good manager, and only 10% attach great importance to career growth opportunities.
Regarding work schedules, 37% of respondents do not want to change their traditional 5/2 schedule, and 27% are focused on flexible work schedules. However, the most interesting result was that 37% of survey participants consider a hybrid work format, which allows them to alternate between office and remote work, to be ideal. Full remote work is suitable for 23% of respondents.
The study, which involved more than 3.6 thousand respondents over 18 years of age from different regions of Russia, presents scientific data on the preferences of both employed citizens and those in search. It can serve as important guidance for companies seeking to create a positive environment for their employees.
