PhosAgro increases salaries for all 23 thousand employees by 15% at once

From February 1, PhosAgro Group will carry out another indexation of wages for all its employees by 15%. Moreover, from 2021 to 2023, average salaries at the group’s enterprises in the Vologda, Murmansk, Leningrad and Saratov regions have already increased by 60%.

Currently, PhosAgro, which is the flagship of the Russian mineral fertilizer industry, employs 23 thousand people. As the company’s press service reported, the decision to index wages was ensured by the high production and economic results of PhosAgro’s activities. Thus, over the past 10 years, labor productivity in the company has increased by more than 2.6 times.

PhosAgro traditionally pays key attention to corporate joint responsibility, having become the only three-time winner of the Grand Prix of the All-Russian competition of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs “Russian Business Leaders: Dynamics and Responsibility.” Over the past 10 years, the company has increased its funding of charitable and social projects by 7 times – in 2022–2023, 25 billion rubles were allocated for these purposes.

PhosAgro is also among the leaders of authoritative ratings of the best employers in the country. As labor market experts note, in addition to rising wages, job seekers are attracted by a flexible system of motivation and bonuses and the best collective agreements in the industry. Every year, PhosAgro pays bonuses for professional holidays – Chemist’s Day and Miner’s Day. So, in 2023, each employee was paid a total of 100 thousand rubles. All employees are provided with voluntary health insurance, health improvement and summer recreation programs are in place, including for children of employees and company veterans. All enterprises operate free modern physical education and sports facilities, corporate catering centers, museums and interactive educational complexes. The corporate housing program is in high demand, thanks to which almost 3 thousand families of PhosAgro employees have improved their living conditions.

In general, PhosAgro is constantly increasing production and investment, ensuring stability in the regions where it operates, increasing spending on social and charitable projects, and tax deductions. And today the PhosAgro Group has set the highest bar in the country’s industry in increasing wages for its employees.
