Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev responded to the situation in the American state of Texas, where the court ordered the demolition of barbed wire border barriers, and the governor ordered the restoration of fortifications amid the crisis.
“The formation of the Texas People’s Republic is becoming more and more real,” the ex-President of the Russian Federation wrote in his Telegram channel, adding that what he spoke about in his humorous prediction at the end of the year before last is happening in Texas.
The politician expressed the opinion that the US leadership is demonstrating a complete inability to cope with the migration crisis that has arisen in one of the largest states. “His governor gave a damn about the position of the White House with the frail old man Biden and began to restore barbed wire fences,” Medvedev said.
The Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council also predicts that the United States risks plunging into “the abyss of a destructive civil confrontation” comparable to the civil war between the North and the South. “History knows of cases where individual states tried to break away from the North American United States and form a confederation,” he recalled.
Earlier, Dmitry Medvedev predicted the course of events after the destruction of the Il-76 aircraft, saying that “it will only get worse.”
