This afternoon the hearing to formulate charges will take place against two of three people whom Naomi Michelle Arcentales Sabando pointed out for the alleged crime of rape.

Luis Ortega Galarza, manager of the Ortega y Ortega law firm, indicated that after that fact he was contacted by Arcentales and Juan Carlos I., partner of the young woman who died last Sunday, and then he was located in the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE ) a complaint against three people, businessmen residing in Quevedo, and who were on the date of the alleged crime at a party.
Naomi Arcentales was found dead last Sunday night, and after an autopsy carried out on her body it was determined that she supposedly died by hanging. However, the young woman’s family requested through the lawyer Luiggi García that other proceedings be carried out for this fact, among them that an exhumation of her body be carried out, buried in Pedernales and that another autopsy be carried out.
According to Ortega, Naomi was invited to that party by a friend, and that she did not know the people she later accused as allegedly responsible for the sexual abuse of her, and for which she gave an advance version on Monday, December 6, in the one that recognized and denounced their alleged perpetrators with names and surnames.
After the alleged abuse, the woman underwent several tests, including a gynecological and a toxicological one. In the first, according to Ortega, after the tests it was concluded that Naomi had a recent tear in her private parts and fluid residues, which were collected.
In this process for the complaint of Arcentales for the alleged crime of sexual abuse, 15 people have given versions.
Ortega announced that although he initiated the complaint, this Thursday Naomi’s parents informed him that he would no longer be the lawyer in this case about the alleged crime of sexual abuse against the deceased young woman, which was assumed by Luiggi García.
The jurist acknowledged that there are also the testimonies given by Naomi before psychology and social work professionals, and everything that has been collected during these months of investigation and that it is expected that FGE has many elements of conviction for charges against of those indicated in this crime.
Ortega added that he is not a lawyer for Juan Carlos I., who is a prosecutor in the El Carmen canton, because at the moment against Naomi’s partner until this Friday there is no complaint against him.
The prosecutor’s server, through his social media accounts, requested that his grief be respected and that erroneous information not be disclosed in this case.
In the next few hours, the Arcentales-Sabando family is expected to pronounce on what Ortega reported, and to know whether or not there will be a formal complaint against the young woman’s partner. (I)
