A meeting of Popular Front activists with Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Anastasia Melnikova took place at the St. Petersburg regional election headquarters of the country’s presidential candidate Vladimir Putin. The actress spoke about her rules of life, professional successes, victories and disappointments.
According to Anastasia Melnikova, cinema and theater are in many ways a reflection of real everyday life, and when people come to this or a cultural event, they find answers to many questions that concern them.
“It is important that today in our country there is an opportunity to realize scientific and creative potential. Young people have these choices in a variety of areas. It is the youth, our children, who are the people for whom we live and work, this is our future,” the artist emphasized. According to her, it is also important to hear what young people want today, what they talk about, think about and what is truly vital for them.
Earlier, Popular Front activists held a meeting of young people with veterans and leaders of public organizations at the St. Petersburg regional election headquarters of Russian presidential candidate Vladimir Putin, who spoke about life in Leningrad during the fascist blockade. Participants in the event also repeatedly emphasized the importance of connections between different generations, the opportunity for young people to study the history of their country and learn from the experience of their predecessors.
Let us remind you that the presidential elections of the Russian Federation will be held in March 2024, voting will last three days – from March 17 to 19. For the first time, residents of four new regions will elect the head of the Russian state: Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions.
Vladimir Putin is running for another term as a self-nominated candidate.
