On December 16, in the meeting room of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, a scuffle took place between the deputies during the discussion in the first reading of the bill on the introduction of QR codes for visiting public places.
The reason for the conflict was a poster unrolled by the communists against “QR-fascism”. State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin expressed his dissatisfaction with them. “Colleagues, finish. Take the posters outside and use them there. You get half a million a month and start organizing concerts, ”he commented on what is happening in the hall.
The representative of the United Russia faction, Nikolai Brykin, took the floor and asked to consider the behavior of colleagues in the framework of the legislation on extremism.
“The request of the commission on regulations to register those who are engaged in illegal activities, and then we will try to figure out how this should be resolved procedurally,” Volodin responded.

Representative of the Communist Party faction Denis Parfenov told RIA Novosti that the United Russia party tried to take away the poster, after which a scuffle ensued between representatives of the ruling party and the communists. “The United Russia deputies jumped up and started trying to rip it off, somehow take it away, tear it up, destroy it. We prevented this. Such a scuffle ensued, ”he added.
The communists also filmed what was happening.
The video is already being actively commented on in social networks. People – both from the camp of opponents of QR codes and from the camp of supporters of restrictive measures for the unvaccinated – note one positive point: it almost looks like a real political struggle in parliament, and not like a “machine for stamping laws.”
– Finally, a lively legislative process.
– Kind, old, soul-pleasing Duma scuffle. It’s a pity that now without Zhirik’s participation …
– Are they already so afraid of posters? All anti-national laws are adopted. It would be better for the people to accept something good.
– In my opinion, no one spoils the furniture, people stand calmly, holding a poster in their hands. Thank you very much for protecting people.
– The speaker needs to be taught a lesson in politeness! What right does he have to poke at the representatives of the people?
Nobody spoiled the furniture. What law is prohibited from holding a poster expressing the opinion of the vast majority of Russians? I propose to relieve the speaker, as he does not know how to conduct appropriate meetings. His behavior is completely disrespectful to opponents …
– At least something interesting happened in the Duma …
– That is, Volodin seemed to say that you are paid only to do, as we say?
– We are waiting for new moose.
– Here’s the hilarity. They cleaned and castrated the Duma as much as possible, but there was still a meeting there.
– They would have stood like that with posters when the retirement age was raised, clowns.
By the way, the State Duma nevertheless adopted the bill on QR codes in public places in the first reading.
