At the same time, one-room apartments in cities with a population of over a million at the end of December cost an average of 25.2 thousand rubles per month, two-room apartments – 30.6 thousand rubles: an increase of 19.9% and 18.9%, respectively, the Banki.ru portal clarifies. . The data shows that the most pronounced growth occurred in Perm, Chelyabinsk, Novosibirsk, Nizhny Novgorod and St. Petersburg. In Moscow, you will now have to pay an average of 54.2 thousand rubles for a one-room apartment, and 98.2 thousand rubles for a two-room apartment.
Experts attribute the rise in prices to the fact that the population continues to concentrate in the largest agglomerations.
