The analysis of the survey made it possible to identify the methods that Russians use to successfully return to work after the holidays. The study presented by RT showed the following results.

More than half of respondents (62%) say they use proven methods year after year to cope with the transition back to work after a long holiday. At the same time, 39% of Russians noted that for them this process is easy and does not require much effort, emphasizes the Avito Works study.

According to experts, the most common ways are restoring the usual sleeping and waking patterns (28%), communicating and meeting with colleagues (14%), returning to a healthy diet after New Year’s feasts (13%) and drawing up a clear task plan for the first working days ( 12%).

The survey also found that for many respondents, effective methods include reducing working hours in the first days (11%), cleaning the home or workplace (11%) and exercising or exercising in the morning (11%).

The survey also revealed that in order to fully transition from New Year’s to work mode, many people need to clean up New Year’s decorations (9%) and read all missed letters and messages during the holidays (7%).

Experts noted that for some respondents, motivation to work is buying new things, ranging from diaries to business suits (4%), using psychological exercises (4%) and watching motivational videos or reading books about productivity (4%).
