The all-Russian campaign “#WEARETOGETHER” took place today in all cities where the election headquarters of Russian presidential candidate Vladimir Putin are open. In St. Petersburg, volunteers from the regional headquarters, together with representatives of the Youth Army and proxies, as well as citizens who came to support the current head of state, designed holiday cards and wrote letters in support of the participants in the special military operation who are undergoing rehabilitation in hospitals. Each message began with the words “I am writing to you, hero…”
“We write letters and thank them for their courage, for their perseverance, for defending the sovereignty of our country. The fact that young volunteers are with us today is very important,” said Alexey Demidov, co-chairman of the St. Petersburg regional election headquarters of Vladimir Putin. Another co-chairman of the headquarters, Evgeny Shuvalov, congratulated the fighters on the New Year and Christmas and wished them, first of all, health. “Be strong, victory will be ours!” – said Shuvalov.

St. Petersburg residents also thanked the military for their conscientious service and protection of Russia’s borders and wished them a speedy recovery.
In the very near future, volunteers from the regional St. Petersburg headquarters of the Popular Front will begin delivering letters and postcards addressed to SVO participants to hospitals.
Let us remind you that in St. Petersburg at Krasnogvardeyskaya Square, 3, there is a public reception for candidate for the post of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, where citizens can get answers to questions that concern them, including about the upcoming vote. This site will also host educational and cultural events for city residents.
The presidential elections of the Russian Federation will be held from March 15 to 17, 2024. For the first time, residents of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions will elect the head of the Russian state.
