In the Chelyabinsk region, three migrants from an aggressive group that attacked a company in one of the courtyards of Chelyabinsk on New Year’s Eve were detained. The video is published by the Telegram channel of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
It is noted that persons involved in a previously initiated criminal case of hooliganism have been identified and detained. Operational activities were carried out by employees of the Chelyabinsk Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in cooperation with operational units. As noted in the message, one of the detainees is a minor.
“Investigators of the regional Investigative Committee conducted searches, seized instruments for committing a crime, in the near future the detainees are planned to be charged (Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), and also send a petition to the court to select a preventive measure against them in the form of detention,” – stated the press service of the Investigative Committee.
Earlier it was reported that the head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed the leadership of the regional investigative department to submit a report on the progress of the investigation of the criminal case.
