A citizen attacked another man who was inside a vehicle while talking on a cell phone outside a place where banking transactions are carried out in Santa Elena with a bottle pick.
The event generated alarm around 11:00 this Wednesday 15th in the streets of October 9 and October 18, in the center of that peninsular town.
According to witnesses, the citizen approached the affected person with caution and took the cell phone from the individual. In the middle of the incident, the first stabbed him with the edge of the broken bottle in the neck and later wounded him in the face, while he demanded that he take revenge for his alleged participation in the murder of his brother.

Meanwhile, the wounded man was transferred to a public hospital in the Santa Elena canton, where he is recovering from his injuries.
