The specialties with the highest salaries in 2023 are listed. The study was conducted by analysts from the Russian online recruiting platform hh.ru, the Izvestia newspaper writes.
Experts analyzed more than 10 million vacancies that were posted on the mentioned platform throughout 2023. At the same time, positions from the sphere of top and middle management were included in a separate list.
As a result, the top 20 highest-paid specializations were headed by representatives of the IT sector. In first place was the head of the development group with a salary of 193,500 rubles (36,700 rubles more than in 2022). Second place was taken by the director of information technology with an income of 151,400 rubles (more than last year by 5,400 rubles). The third and fourth places were shared by the commercial director and the financial director (151,400 rubles – over the year, the remuneration of the first increased by 10,700 rubles, financial – by 4,100 rubles).
The top five highest paid were operational directors with salaries averaging 150,000 rubles.
The study also showed that among specializations that do not involve leading a large team, the highest salaries are for DevOps engineers (214,600 rubles), data scientists (202,500), system analysts (150,900), programmers (129,900), agents for real estate (124,400 rubles).
