Information on the medical withdrawal of a citizen from vaccination against coronavirus will be included in the covid certificate. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova at an expanded meeting of the State Duma Committee on Security and Anti-Corruption on the draft law on QR codes.
According to her, according to RIA Novosti, in addition to the vaccination data, the certificate will contain information about the illness and the medical withdrawal from vaccination – temporary or permanent. The covid certificate is barcode-protected against counterfeiting. This is a “technological solution to validate the validity of a certificate.” The certificate will contain data on when and for what period the person received the vaccination, when he was ill and for how long he received protection, when and for how long he received a medical withdrawal from the vaccination.
Golikova also assured that the certificate does not contain information that violates the rights of citizens in terms of public access.
