The court confiscated an apartment from a Muscovite for demolishing a load-bearing wall

The Butyrsky court satisfied the claim of the Moscow Housing Inspectorate, which insisted on the sale of an apartment with illegal redevelopment at a public auction. As reported by RIA Novosti, the writ of execution will be transferred to the bailiff service. According to the court’s decision, the new owner of the apartment will be obliged to bring it back to its previous state.

The court previously seized an apartment with illegal redevelopment in house number 169, building 1 on Dmitrovskoe highway, in order to prevent a change of ownership during the consideration of the main claim.

The Moscow Housing Inspectorate established that the owner of the three-room apartment combined the kitchen with the living quarters, dismantling two sections of the load-bearing wall, and on the remainder of it he equipped a portal for the TV. The Muscovite was twice brought to administrative responsibility and given an order to bring the premises to the design state.

However, the man ignored the request of the government agency. Subsequently, the Moscow Housing Inspection decided to deprive the property of a malicious violator by filing a claim for the sale of an apartment at a public auction.
