“Passengers are trapped”: a plane flying from Khabarovsk to St. Petersburg got stuck in Novosibirsk

The plane, which was flying from Khabarovsk to St. Petersburg, got stuck in Novosibirsk, although according to the schedule the ship was supposed to refuel its tanks in Yekaterinburg. The portal 78.ru writes about this.

It is noted that passengers were informed that the flight was supposedly delayed due to problems with documents, but people in the cabin believe that the reason was a malfunction of the liner – during the flight the ship made “not very good sounds.”

As a result, after landing in Novosibirsk, all passengers were disembarked and taken to the airport terminal building. They were trapped because they had been waiting for several hours for the plane to take off only to Yekaterinburg, although the end point of the route was St. Petersburg.

The plane was supposed to arrive in the city on the Neva at 12:15, now, according to the online scoreboard of Pulkovo Airport, its arrival is predicted at 17:50. However, the wait may be longer, passengers say. According to them, the plane flew to Novosibirsk 2 hours longer than to Yekaterinburg. In addition, the airbus had already tried to take off in Tolmachevo, but the takeoff was interrupted, after which the aircraft was parked.

The flight was operated by Ural Airlines. The press service explained that the plane landed in Novosibirsk to refuel due to a strong headwind, and then a possible malfunction sensor on board tripped.

Details are being established.
