Three experts analyze the importance of vaccinating children against the coronavirus, in a virtual forum.
The government has been vaccinating children between the ages of 5 and 11 for two months, but the number of immunized minors is still low compared to other age groups. There are still doubts to answer. To analyze this issue, THE UNIVERSE has prepared the webinar “Myths of COVID-19 vaccines for children”, this Monday, December 13, at 5:30 p.m., together with the San Francisco de Quito University (USFQ), the Glass Code portal and the Interuniversity Observatory of Ecuadorian Media (OIME).
The president of the Ecuadorian Pediatric Society, Fernando Aguinaga; the clinical psychologist specialized in children and adolescents, Daniela Ziritt; and the doctor of pharmacology Enrique Teran.
Arturo Torres placeholder image, Glass Code editor, and Tania Orbe, scientific journalist and professor from the USFQ, will moderate the dialogue.
This webinar is part of the project “Disinformation in times of COVID-19”, a space for dialogue that takes place every two weeks on Mondays. (I)
