Listed are simple ways to overcome lack of motivation. Transpersonal psychologist Nadezhda Narutovich gave her recommendations, UfaTime.ru reports.

She noted that even very energetic and active people can suffer from procrastination and put off solving important problems by finding excuses. The specialist is sure that there are ways to cope with a situation when there is no motivation at all. According to her, first you should create a comfortable space for yourself to relax, then you need to allow yourself to slow down your usual pace and allow yourself not to perform household duties for some time, and, if possible, suddenly go on a trip.

In addition, it is important to learn how to refuse people help and turn on energy conservation mode. Also, according to the psychologist, you can break complex tasks into smaller, easily achievable steps. Thus, you can even get satisfaction from the results achieved.

It is also worth keeping a diary of your achievements. If procrastination becomes a serious problem, then, most likely, you will have to discard skepticism and turn to a specialist.

Narutovich warned that it is important to be able to fight procrastination, because it is not just a postponement of tasks, but a complex psychological mechanism.
