Famous actor Gosha Kutsenko shared a story about how the uncontrolled use of little-known pills seriously undermined his health, StarHit reports.
According to the artist, his friends brought him pills from Israel, supposedly intended for productive sleep for pilots and truck drivers. As the actor noted in an interview with Svetlana Bondarchuk on YouTube, at first he was pleased with the result – he fell asleep quickly and got enough sleep.
But soon the dose of pills began to increase – he no longer remembered whether he took the pills or not. In addition, the artist periodically combined them with alcohol. “You took the pill, I’m going to bed. And then: “God, did I drink it or didn’t I drink it?” I don’t think I drank. Now I’ll take another booze and drink. “Did you drink or didn’t you drink now?” Kutsenko shared.
As a result, he had an attack of apnea – he began to choke in his sleep, after which he became completely afraid to fall asleep. This prompted the artist to go to the doctors, where unpleasant details were revealed. “I thought I had been in sports for five years, active, clean. No! I was on the most severe tranquilizer, from which I came off for three months,” said Kutsenko.
After the actor managed to overcome his addiction and dangerous drugs left his life, his health improved. However, now he is thinking about giving up alcohol as well. Doctors give him this advice.
