A new constitution, stricter punishments, competent judges and the active participation of the Armed Forces are actions that the Government must take in conditions of insecurity. (OR)

When we have a house with the door open and countless inconveniences start from inside, the first thing we do is close the door and put things in order. That is, close borders, require visas with court records, legalize foreigners without criminal records who work honestly and block cell phone signals in prisons. All arrested foreign criminals must be extradited to their country of origin. Punishments must be stricter and enforced without justification.
The state cannot continue to cut production, jobs and tourism without forgetting education. In 18 months you can make radical changes and improve the country by being strict and law-abiding without becoming authoritarian or demagogic. (OR)

First, they must reformulate the role and participation of the Armed Forces. Then expand the definition of terrorist to drug traffickers of any level and punish them as such. Third, purge judges, policemen and soldiers, especially high-ranking ones, by using polygraphs, if they fail the test, they leave. In addition, they must create a prison school to train real professionals to care for prisoners. And, finally, put a real heavy hand on the current prisoners so that they can be the spokesmen of the experience of the new order so that the prisons are real correctional institutions and not command centers for organized crime. (OR)
Gustavo Reyes Cassis
The new government must hold a public consultation to eliminate the current Constitution of Ecuador, because it benefits all the criminals in the country and keeps them free on the streets, sowing chaos and insecurity for all good citizens. A new constitution must be made with a vision of a country of peace and progress. (OR)
José E. Ortoneda Sánchez
Unfortunately, to date, the desired results have not been achieved by all the actions taken by those responsible for the control of uncertainty. The government, in order to reduce insecurity, must impose curfews, change punishments, control prisons and assign judges to appropriate people and protect them. (OR)
