The Sheksninsky District Court of the Vologda Region released on parole Vyacheslav Drokov, known as the “right hand” of the night governor of St. Petersburg, Vladimir Barsukov (Kumarin). This was reported by “KP-Petersburg” with reference to the United Press Service of the Courts of the Vologda Region.
“Yes it is. Drokov was released from the colony on parole, ”the press service said.
Recall that in March 2019, the Kuibyshevsky District Court of St. Petersburg sentenced Barsukov (Kumarin) to 24 years in prison for organizing a criminal community. His assistant Drokov received 19.5 years for the same article. In aggregate with past crimes, he received 21 years in a strict regime colony. However, given that Drokov has been in prison since 2006, he has already served most of the term.
Due to the lack of penalties and in the presence of incentives from the leadership of the colony, the court found it possible to satisfy Drokov’s request for parole.
