The scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, Roman Vilfand, predicted very cold weather in seven regions of Russia. At the same time, two regions will experience abnormal heat in the coming days.
According to the forecaster, TASS reports, severe frosts will hit Tyva, Yakutia, Buryatia, Trans-Baikal and Khabarovsk territories, Amur and Irkutsk regions. So, in Yakutia it is expected to reach minus 28-34 degrees, in Tyva – up to minus 18-24 degrees, in the Irkutsk region – up to 25 degrees, in the Amur region – up to 30-32 degrees, in the Trans-Baikal Territory and Buryatia – up to minus 20- 23 degrees, and in the Khabarovsk Territory – up to 21-27 degrees.
Vilfand promised “super warm weather” in the center of European Russia. The lucky ones will be the Moscow region and the Krasnodar Territory, where the air temperature from November 5 to 8 will be 6-8 degrees above normal. The meteorologist said that in Moscow on Sunday the air will warm up to plus 13-15 degrees, on Monday – 9-11 degrees, on Tuesday – 7-10 degrees, on Wednesday – 4-9 degrees.
Rare warmth awaits the Krasnodar region. Truly summer weather is forecast there on Saturday – 25-26 degrees, and in the following days – up to plus 20-22 degrees.
Earlier, weather forecaster Vilfand warned that Russians should prepare for extreme temperature changes this winter.
