Hamas compiled a list of foreigners who were allowed to leave Gaza

Militants of the Palestinian radical movement Hamas allowed foreigners in the Gaza Strip to leave the enclave through the Rafah checkpoint on the border with Egypt. A list of people who can leave the territory has been published online.

The list includes citizens of Japan, Austria, the Czech Republic, Finland, Australia, Bulgaria, as well as Indonesia and Jordan. The list also included employees of the International Committee of the Red Cross and a number of non-governmental organizations operating in the enclave. It is not specified which NGOs we are talking about.

The message from the Gaza border service notes that the persons listed in the document are allowed to be present at the checkpoint on November 1 at 07:00 (or 08:00 Moscow time – ed.) in order to facilitate the transition process for themselves, as cited by RBC.

The day before, Hamas promised Iran to release hostages who do not have Israeli citizenship.
A representative of the Iranian Foreign Ministry clarified that the bombing of the Gaza Strip does not yet allow this operation to be carried out, the EFE agency wrote. It was noted that several countries have asked Tehran to negotiate with Hamas in order to achieve the release of foreign citizens held captive by the group in the Gaza Strip.

Previously, Israel agreed on the passage of vehicles with humanitarian aid through the Rafah checkpoint on the Egyptian border with the sector – since October 21, 94 trucks have passed through the Rafah checkpoint.
