Cardiologist Anna Korenevich spoke about the most common causes of heart attacks.
According to her, this most often happens due to a sedentary lifestyle, obesity, bad habits and stress. However, in some cases, heart attacks occur even in those who led a healthy lifestyle. The specialist pointed out that in such a situation it’s all about psychosomatics.
Korenevich noted in her Telegram channel that sometimes a heart attack can be triggered by a conflict of “loss of territory,” provoking a chain of biochemical and pathophysiological reactions in the body. The doctor clarified that men suffer from it against the backdrop of the threat of losing their business, money and reputation, and women – due to the loss of a family member.
In this regard, Korenevich advises those who have experienced a heart attack, in addition to treatment and switching to a healthy lifestyle and healthy eating, to identify this conflict of “loss of territory” and work through it.
The cardiologist also named the main signs of an impending heart attack. This is a feeling of burning or pressure in the chest when walking, a burning sensation behind the sternum in the cold or squeezing in the chest in the morning.
Earlier, oncologist Valery Breder named the organ that determines a person’s life expectancy.
