Changing the administration of the Samanes Park would help to improve its image, however, the investment of the municipality of Guayaquil could be very high. (OR)

The municipality of Guayaquil should take care of the Samanes Park, so that it can be maintained and improved if necessary. The park may not generate as many costs, as events of a different nature could be held that could even create a new source of income for the Guayaquil council.

The municipality would be a good administrator, and we just need to make the right decision and ensure the necessary planning in order to crystallize this intention and so that the citizens have a new form of entertainment, especially in the mentioned sector of our beloved city. (OR)

It seems like a very good idea for the municipality of Guayaquil to take over the management of Samanes Park, however, I don’t think all the money should come from the mayor’s office. From my perspective, I believe that the more the Municipality spends, the greater the cost, and although it can be an investment, it also means a cost. This is because according to what I have read and seen in the news, the regeneration of the park needs to be done, they have to carry out maintenance and proper care of the trees, among other actions, which makes it quite a strong investment. .

I believe and believe that everything needed for the park and its maintenance should be carried out from now on with the investment of private companies, unless the Malecón 2000 Foundation expands or changes its corporate name, allowing it to also take care of the Samanes Park. This change in management seems perfect to me, as there will be a change in care and it may also result in a reduction in uncertainty. In addition, the example of the Malecón with its shopping plaza could be followed to create jobs and boost the economy. Everything depends on whether they decide to invest with the private sector, which would help the park a lot. (OR)

I believe that the Municipality has a lot of obligations, so why is the management of the park not assigned to a private entity created for this purpose? It is a matter of budget, of course with the analysis of national market prices and of course it has to be done very quickly. (OR)
