The event was recorded after 20:00. According to police information, Vélez was talking with a neighbor, outside her home, when she was intercepted by two subjects who had arrived on a motorcycle.
Right away, they threatened her with a firearm so that she could hand over her wallet. In addition to personal documents, the provincial official also had her mobile phone stolen.
