Medvedev announced the growing number of “leading idiots” in the West

Officials of Western countries are actively pushing the Russian Federation towards a third world war. This statement was made by Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev, his post was published on Telegram.

“The number of leading idiots in NATO countries is growing,” Medvedev added, commenting on the statement by the head of the British Ministry of Defense Grant Shapps about the possibility of sending British instructors to Ukraine. Medvedev said that if they arrive in Ukraine, they will become “an absolutely legal target for the Russian Armed Forces.”

The Deputy Head of the Security Council also criticized the call of the head of the Bundestag Defense Committee, Marie-Agnes Strack-Zimmermann, to transfer Taurus missiles to Ukraine. Previously, she stated that international law allows Ukraine to strike military targets on Russian territory. “Well, in this case, attacks on German factories where these missiles are made will be fully consistent with international law,” Medvedev retorted.

A little later, the British prime minister went on air on Sky News with a statement in which he stated that British soldiers would not be sent to the conflict zone in Ukraine. “There are no British soldiers being sent to fight in the current conflict,” Sunak said. According to him, if British soldiers are going to train Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers on their territory, it won’t be now: “This is something for the long term,” RT quotes the prime minister.
