The comprehensive organic criminal code must be amended to increase prison terms for crimes such as murder, femicide, drug trafficking and corruption. On the other hand, it is not possible that it is so difficult to do business today because of vaccines and their charges, we should look at other countries where these crimes are punished. First, the police and military leaders need to be purged, because I believe they have been infiltrated by the drug trade in the same way as the justice system. Second, new bosses and judges must attack organized crime and break up gangs. And finally, thirdly, a policy must be created aimed at the popular sectors, mainly the youth, in order to provide them with opportunities such as entrepreneurship, education, work and sports. All three things can be implemented at the same time in a coordinated way. (OR)

The elected president must work as a priority in the field of security from the first minute of his government. Even more money must be invested in security, increasing the resources of the police and the Armed Forces. Consequently, they will have to implement a state of emergency for an indefinite period, with the aim of breaking up criminal groups operating within the country; all this without harming the economy, in other words without imposing a curfew so as not to harm trade. Additionally, strategic alliances are an excellent option. An agreement could be reached with the US government to strengthen the country’s security. (OR)
