Villages near Belgorod again came under mortar fire. According to the head of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, dozens of live shells were fired across the region.
Thus, 4 shells were fired in the Belgorod region in the village of Naumovka, in the village of Blizhnoe a drone was shot down, and in the village of Streletskoye, after air defense work, damage to the roof of one house was discovered. The village of Dolgoye in the Valuysky urban district also came under mortar fire – 2 arrivals were recorded. In the Krasnoyaruzhsky district, two artillery shells were fired each on the outskirts of the village of Prilesye and the village of Grafovka. The outskirts of the village of Ilek-Penkovka also came under artillery fire – three arrivals. Also, 9 mortar shells were fired in the Shebekinsky urban district at the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka, 5 at the village of Voznesenovka, and 3 mortar shells at the Shebekino international checkpoint.
According to Gladkov, as a result of the shelling of the village of Urazovo, Valuysky urban district, two people were injured: one woman had a slight concussion, the second had a cut eyebrow from glass fragments. An outbuilding was also destroyed, windows, roofing and the fence of a private house were damaged. Operational and emergency services are on site, the governor noted.
