Those mobilized and participants of the military military service in Ukraine under the contract will receive one hundred percent compensation for their military pension on a monthly basis. This decree was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin, the document is posted on the official Internet portal of legal information.
It follows from the text that the monthly compensation payment to military pensioners who entered into a contract during the period of the special operation in Ukraine and who were mobilized will be set in the amount of the long-service pension.
Former employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Guard, drug control authorities, the penal system, and the fire service are eligible for it.
The Russian Government has been instructed to determine the procedure for making monthly payments and ensure financing of expenses.
The decree came into force from the moment it was signed.
Let us note that the status of combat veteran is granted to all participants in the special operation in Ukraine. They are entitled to a monthly cash payment of about 3.5 thousand rubles, compensation for rent and maintenance of residential premises in the amount of 50%, the right not to pay property tax: apartment, house, garage, the right not to pay land tax on six acres , pension for long service, disability or loss of a breadwinner increases by 32% of the social pension.
