The organizers of the deadly tour of the Moscow sewers were arrested by the decision of the Zamoskvoretsky District Court. As a Telegram channel of the courts of general jurisdiction in Moscow, the general director of Sputnik LLC Alexander Kim and the digger guide Nikita Dubas were taken into custody.
They are under arrest for two months, until October 21, 2023. Both are charged under the article “performing work or providing services that do not meet safety requirements.”
According to Lenta.ru, the third defendant in the case, the general director of the Avangard travel company, Alexander Lazovsky, has been put on the wanted list. Earlier it was reported that he had fled Russia and was presumably in the UAE.
