The Federal Air Transport Agency in its Telegram channel published the names of all the passengers of the Embraer plane that crashed tonight in the Tver region. Among the passengers, in addition to Yevgeny Prigozhin, is Dmitry Utkin (Wagner).

The ministry said that the aircraft’s flight was carried out on the basis of a permit for the use of airspace, issued in the prescribed manner.
Prigozhin’s Embraer Legacy business jet crashed near Kuzhenkino, Tver Region. It was reported that there were 10 people on board the plane, which was flying on the Moscow-Petersburg route – seven passengers and three crew members.
On the fact of the plane crash, the ICR has already opened a criminal case under the article “Violation of the rules for traffic safety and operation of air transport.” The incident is also being investigated by a specially created commission of the Federal Air Transport Agency. The governor of the Tver region took control of the incident with the plane crash.
