Drones tried to attack Moscow again. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, three drones were shot down and suppressed.
According to the agency, air defense systems shot down two drones over the territory of the Mozhaisk and Khimki districts of the Moscow region. Another one was suppressed by electronic warfare and crashed into a building in Moscow City in the capital. According to TASS, windows were broken in the building.
The capital’s mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that windows were broken in two nearby five-story buildings. In Khimki, in the Starbeevo quarter, where the fragments of the drone fell, one building was damaged, add Telegram-anals Mash and Baza.
There were no casualties. Amid reports of drones, Moscow airports suspended the reception and departure of aircraft.
Note that drones attack Moscow for the third day in a row. Earlier, towers in the IQ-quarter, where the Ministry of Digital Development, the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Industry and Trade are located, were also attacked, and fragments of drones fell near the Expocentre on Krasnopresnenskaya embankment.
