In the regions of Central Russia, a “temperature explosion” is expected next week, RBC reports citing Yevgeny Tishkovets, a leading specialist in the Phobos weather center.
The weather will be unstable at the beginning of the week, the forecaster warned. On Monday, August 14, light rains may pass in Central Russia. Daytime temperature will be 19-24 degrees above zero.
“From Tuesday, the initiative will move to the anticyclone, thanks to which the weather will clear up, and warming will begin, plus 22 – plus 27. On Wednesday, the nature of the weather conditions will continue, and it will become even a degree warmer,” Tishkovets said.
By the end of the week, the heat will intensify. On Thursday, according to the forecaster, sunny and dry weather will set in, during the day the air will warm up to 25-30 degrees. Temperatures are expected to rise to 27-32 degrees on Friday.
“On the weekend, after the passage of a cold atmospheric front on Saturday night, at the height of the day it will be a little fresher until 23-28, at 11-16 at night, precipitation is unlikely,” said Tishkovets.
Presumably, August will be the warmest month of the summer. The average characteristic temperature for it is expected to be exceeded by 3.6 degrees, the forecaster concluded.
