According to Toppress.kz, the doctor stressed that there are various effective ways to lose weight, but basically their essence is to consume fewer calories than you expend. In order for the metabolism to remain at the proper level, it is necessary to provide a high nutritional value with a minimum of calories.

In addition, it is important to follow a few simple rules, the specialist emphasized.

In particular, you should not do without breakfast, as it starts the body’s work after waking up. In addition, it is useful to observe a diet at intervals of three to four hours. This can prevent fluctuations in glucose and the occurrence of hunger, followed by overeating.

Preference should be given to protein foods. The body spends more energy on its digestion than on the digestion of fats and carbohydrates. But at the same time, it is important to remember the balance of BJU.

It would be advisable to include in the diet functional foods that are guaranteed to provide high nutritional value and low calorie content. In addition, it is important to drink water.
