The nanny, taking the girl with her, went to visit a neighbor from the third floor, where she began to drink alcohol. The child began to cry, causing the drunken man to throw the girl off the balcony. The child was hospitalized, she is receiving medical care.
A criminal case has been opened on the attempted murder of a minor. Witnesses are being interrogated, the issue of taking the attacker into custody is being decided.
The IC also organized inspections under articles on failure to fulfill obligations to raise a minor (Article 156 of the Criminal Code) and negligence (293 of the Criminal Code), during which a legal assessment will be given to the actions of the mother of the child and the nanny, as well as authorized officials of the system for the prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency.
KP Khabarovsk, citing a source, writes that the child’s parents found a nanny on an ad, the woman lived in their house. The injured girl is one and a half years old. As a result of the fall, she received a traumatic brain injury and bruised chest. An ambulance was called to the scene by a nanny, writes KP.
According to the publication “DV-news”, an ambulance was called to the child by passers-by who found the child under the windows of the building.
