The Belgorod region bordering Ukraine was again subjected to massive shelling. As Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov reported on his Telegram channel, dozens of shells were fired at the villages of the region.
So, the village of Zhuravlevka in the Belgorod region was fired upon – 12 artillery shells were fired. And in the village of Naumovka, two grenades were dropped from a UAV. The outskirts of the Lozovaya Rudka farm in the Borisov district were fired from a mortar – 3 arrivals were recorded. In the Valuysky urban district, an air defense system shot down one enemy drone on approach to the city of Valuyki, Gladkov added.
According to him, 29 mortar shells were fired in the Volokonovsky district on the outskirts of the Stary farm. In Graivoronsky urban district, the outskirts of the village of Mokraya Orlovka came under mortar fire – 8 arrivals were recorded. And in the Krasnoyaruzhsky district, 5 and 6 artillery shells were fired on the outskirts of the village of Vyazovoe and the village of Prilesye. The outskirts of the village of Popovka came under fire from a grenade launcher – 5 shots were recorded. As a result, power supply was interrupted in the village. ⠀
The Shebekinsky urban district was also under fire – 5 mortar shells were fired at the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka, 4 at the village of Terezovka, and three explosive devices were dropped from the UAV in the village of Sereda. A drone was shot down in the city of Shebekino.
There were no injuries, the governor said.
