It is noted that in the event of death, including before the expiration of one year from the date of injury, family members of employees will receive a lump sum payment in the amount of 5 million rubles in equal shares. It is also noted that those injured due to shelling, explosions and destruction will receive 3 million rubles. The payment will not count towards determining eligibility for other benefits and benefits.
The decree comes into force from the date of signing and applies to legal relations that arose from February 24, 2022.
Recall that Russia began to build fortifications on the borders with Ukraine in the second half of last year.
