Finally, a habit that can ruin digestion and lead to spikes in blood glucose is drinking juice at breakfast. A drink from bags is especially harmful – there is no fiber in such a product, while it contains a lot of sugar. Scientists have proven that drinking sugary juices and drinks in the morning increases the risk of developing diabetes by 16%, so it is better to replace them with fresh fruit.
