More than 200 thousand people have already arrived in the Russian armed forces as part of partial mobilization, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said.
The head of the Ministry of Defense specified that the training of personnel of the formed units is carried out at eighty training grounds and six training centers. According to him, the mobilized will be sent to the areas of the special operation “after combat coordination, together with the units already involved there.”
Shoigu also noted that “a large number of volunteers” come to the military registration and enlistment offices, and stressed that “none of them should be refused unless there are serious grounds for it,” TASS reports.
In addition, the minister added that all conscripts who have completed and are completing their service are returning home, and those who will be called up as part of the autumn conscription will go to units not involved in the special military operation.
Recall that partial mobilization in the Russian Federation began on September 21. Shoigu reported that 300,000 reservists would be called up.
