Andrey Vorobyov, the governor of the Moscow region, also announced the strengthening of security measures. He urged to temporarily stop traveling by personal transport in the south of the Moscow region, as well as outside the region.
Earlier, residents of the Rostov region were asked to refrain from traveling to the center of Rostov-on-Don and not to leave their homes if possible. The authorities of a number of regions, including Lipetsk and Voronezh, have also stepped up security measures.
